At Team Liquid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official apparel and gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
